Notes:-
Cleaning is payable locally at €60 and €5 per head for linen.

Prices above are for the rent of the property per week and are in British Pounds.
There are discounts available for long winter lets (please use the contact page to request details).
Bookings are usually taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
Short breaks are also available (again you may use the contact page to request details).

Booking Procedure:-
If the dates you require are available please use the contact page to make a request. We will confirm by return email or your preferred contact method. Please then forward the non returnable 25% deposit or full payment if within 8 weeks of departure, making your cheque payable to: Marian Agnew
On receipt of this we will send you confirmation of your booking.
Deposits not received within 5 working days of your verbal booking will be deemed cancelled.
The full booking amount is due 8 weeks prior to your UK departure, together with a £100 deposit for breakages.
